in Singapore is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support the organization’s safety management system, process workers compensation insurance, and coordinate EHS promotional activities across the site. The role involves participating as a risk management team member in the corporate RM organization, briefing safety manager teams on progress, assisting in monthly WSH committee meetings, taking minutes, maintaining RHS records, and submitting EHS related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process workmen compensation insurance & claims.
• Assist in implementation of the organization's SHMS.
• Coordinate EHS promotional activities within the organisation.
• Participates as a risk management team member in the corporate RM organization.
• Briefs safety manager team periodically on the execution status of the overall safety program.
• Assist in conduct of monthly corporate WSH committee meetings.
• Take minutes of all meetings and maintain proper records.
• Submit EHS related documentations (internal and external)
• Maintain all relevant RHS records.
• Any other duties as may be assigned.
