LE-RENZO PTE. LTD. is hiring a Safety Coordinator in Singapore to implement and monitor Workplace Safety and Health policies, ensuring compliance with the WSH Act and company requirements.

You will conduct site inspections, carry out risk assessments, and investigate incidents while coordinating inductions, training, and emergency drills. You will maintain documentation, monitor PPE usage, and liaise with clients, contractors and authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and programs.
• Familiarity with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and regulations.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.

Responsabilités

• Implement and monitor WSH policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with the WSH Act, regulations, and company requirements.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify hazards.
• Carry out risk assessments and recommend corrective measures.
• Investigate workplace incidents and prepare reports.
• Organize safety inductions, toolbox talks, and WSH training.
• Monitor PPE use and enforce safe work practices.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain WSH documentation and records.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and authorities on WSH matters.
• Monitor contractor safety compliance.
• Assist audits and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly WSH reports and safety statistics.
• Promote safety culture through engagement and continuous improvement.
• Perform other safety duties as assigned.
