Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Safety Coordinator (WSH Level B) for a 1-year contract at Gul Circle, Singapore. You will support workplace safety management, regulatory compliance, risk assessment and incident investigation while maintaining documentation and training records.

The role involves conducting safety inductions, inspections, audits, emergency planning, drills, and ensuring MOM compliance, with a 5-day work week, 8:00am to 5:00pm, salary SGD 4,000 to 5,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Implementation and maintenance of safety policies and programmes
• Conduct routine inspections and hazard identification
• Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Recommend corrective and preventive measures to minimise risks
• Conduct risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
• Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions
• Prepare investigation reports and corrective actions
• Follow up and track closure of safety findings
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks and awareness programmes
• Maintain training and competency records
• Assist audits and inspections
• Maintain safety documentation, permits and certifications
• Ensure MOM workplace safety compliance
• Support emergency planning and procedures
• Coordinate emergency drills and evacuations
• Support incident response and post-incident reviews
• Ensure emergency equipment is inspected and operational

Responsibilities
