Job summary

MediaOne Business Group PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Product Manager to productise our marketing technology platform into a customer-facing SaaS product. You will define the MVP, improve UX, and work with designers and developers to prepare the product for a go-to-market launch.

You will identify target segments in Singapore and international markets, shape pricing, and create self-service signup flows. Experience turning internal tools into SaaS and a strong product sense are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience turning an internal tool or early-stage platform into a customer-facing SaaS product.
• Strong UX/UI sense to simplify complex workflows for non-technical users.
• Experience working with designers, developers and technical teams to spec and build features.
• Knowledge of dashboards, data flows, integrations, APIs, reporting, security and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for turning the internal platform into a customer-facing SaaS product.
• Review current tools and workflows to define MVP scope and future developments.
• Improve user experience by simplifying expert workflows into guided customer journeys.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to define screens, dashboards, onboarding and reporting views.
• Prepare product specs, user stories and requirements for build teams.
• Work with engineering to understand data flows, integrations and technical constraints.
• Assess hosting, cloud infrastructure, storage, security or performance needs affecting roadmap.
• Define onboarding and activation journeys to demonstrate value quickly.
• Suggest pricing, packaging, plan tiers, trials or freemium models and self-service signup.
• Identify customer segments, use cases, positioning and GTM priorities for Singapore and international markets.
• Productise AI-powered features in a way that is clear and useful for non-technical users.
• Define success metrics like activation, retention, conversion and churn risk.
