Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in enterprise platform engineering and excellent knowledge of ITIL processes. Strong skills in automation, monitoring tools, and vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple mission-critical enterprise software platforms.
• Exposure to regulated environments requiring governance and compliance controls.
• Experience in both SaaS and on-premise enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support migration of legacy enterprise systems to AWS Cloud.
• Ensure high availability of platforms through monitoring and performance tuning.
• Manage vendor relationships including support contracts and license renewals.
