Job summary

Worley in Singapore is seeking a Civil/Structural Construction Specialist II (Resident Technical Officer) to support LTA projects, provide civil engineering services and supervise field activities on site.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma/NCCS accreditation and experience as a Resident Engineer, with willingness to rotate shifts and coordinate with QP(S) and RE. Flexible/hybrid working options are noted, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil/structural discipline or NCCS or equivalent.
• Accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to health and safety policies.
• Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with plans, method statements and specifications.
• Report non-compliance to RE and QPS; raise non-conformance notices as needed.
• Assist RE to manage field changes and monitor construction schedule.
• Prepare daily/shift progress reports and verify daily manpower & resources.
• Attend meetings and update site changes; inform LTA on stop-work for safety/quality issues.

Education

Diploma in the civil / structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction. Supervision (NCCS) or equivalent
