Job summary

YANTRON (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced RTO to supervise civil/structural works on a site in Singapore.

You will assist the Consultant, inspect Contractor works, and ensure quality across piling, precast installation, bearings and expansion joints. Documentation and defect management are key aspects of the role. Minimum 3 years as a Civil & Structural RTO with a valid IES/ACES Practising Certificate is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering with registration eligibility.
• IES/ACES RTO practising certificate required.
• Minimum 3 years as Civil & Structural RTO.
• Candidate should have own transport due to site location.

Responsibilities

• Assist Consultant in supervising civil/structural works.
• Supervise Contractor works to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain proper site documentation.
• Monitor piling, precast segments, bearings and expansion joints.
• Carry out related duties as assigned by Consultant/Developer.
• Verify defect rectification completion and tracking.
• Attend joint site inspections with residents when needed.
