Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process Analysis and Optimization: analyse processes and propose efficiency improvements.
• RPA & Low-Code Development: design and implement automation solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement: collaborate with users to refine requirements.
• Data Analytics & Dashboard Development: build dashboards for operational insights.
• Project & Operational Support: assist in delivery, testing, and documentation.
