Job summary

Synapxe invites final-year diploma students in IT fields to join as interns in Singapore’s healthcare IT operations. You will contribute to AI-driven process optimisation, automate reporting with Python, and help improve governance and service management.

You will work with operations, governance, and service management teams to enhance workflows and documentation quality. Gain hands-on experience across AI, automation, and enterprise IT operations within public healthcare infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Data Analytics, AI & Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or related disciplines.
• Possesses basic IT knowledge and is proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Keen interest in AI, automation, process improvement, and digital transformation.
• Familiarity with Python programming or willingness to learn and apply automation techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Willing to learn ITIL service management, ISO standards, governance, compliance, and healthcare infrastructure operations.
• Curious, self-driven, and eager to explore new technologies.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders from different teams.

Responsibilities

• AI & Process Optimisation: Use AI tools to identify documentation gaps, duplication, and improvement opportunities.
• Automation & Analytics: Develop Python-based automation solutions to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
• Governance & Service Management: Participate in documentation harmonisation and standardisation initiatives; support audit, compliance, and governance activities.
