Job summary

Ministry of Manpower in Singapore seeks a technology-focused lead to boost the Application Group’s efficiency by adopting data analytics, RPA, and dashboards while upholding Work Pass system integrity.

You will manage work pass applications, develop RPA scripts with UI Path, create dashboards, analyze data for trends, and collaborate with IT and ops to streamline processes and implement new policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, RPA scripting, and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions using UI Path.
• Ability to manage and interpret large data sets with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the application process for work passes and verify identities of foreign employees.
• Develop and maintain RPA scripts using UI Path or Government AI Tools to automate tasks.
• Create dashboards to monitor operational metrics and provide metrics reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making and policy formulation.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and automate tasks for productivity gains.
• Leverage AI technologies to refine operational procedures and customer engagements.
• Coordinate with IT service providers on system design and execution for policy implementation.
• Work with MOM departments to resolve enquiries escalated by the MOM Contact Centre.
