Job summary

InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay is hiring a Room Attendant to deliver exceptional guest room cleanliness and service. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will be part of a dynamic housekeeping team at a premium IHG property.

You should be hospitable, guest-focused and able to work on rotating shifts, contributing to a smooth and welcoming guest experience across a globally branded hotel network.

Qualifications

• Must be hospitable and enjoy assisting guests with room cleaning.
• Excellent team player with responsibility for Housekeeping operations.
• Willing to go the Extra Mile to exceed guest expectations.
• Able to work on a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to meet brand standards.
• Assist in housekeeping operations and maintain cleanliness of public areas.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely room turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Support supervisors and adapt to shifting schedules.
