Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore is seeking an Engineer for Rolling Stock Projects to contribute to the public transport infrastructure. You will develop specifications for rolling stock and depot equipment, review manufacturer submissions, and work with cross-functional teams and domain experts to improve reliability and maintenance.

Candidates should have background in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering and at least 3 years' experience in rolling stock, depot

Qualifications

• Background in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in design, manufacture, testing and commissioning, or maintenance of rolling stock, depot equipment, or E&M systems.
• CAD knowledge and project management experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop rolling stock and depot equipment specifications.
• Review design submissions from rolling stock manufacturers and depot equipment suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and domain experts within LTA and with industry partners.
• Pursue engineering initiatives to improve reliability, operation and maintenance.
