Augmentus invites a product-focused engineer to translate customer workflows into clear product requirements, user stories, and edge cases. You will partner with the Product Manager to prioritise feature requests, bug fixes, and technical debt, and help define acceptance criteria and test scenarios for new features.

You'll work closely with the engineering team to design, prototype, and validate new features, and perform hands-on testing of releases, including on robot cells or hardware setups

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent).
• 1–4 years experience in product, application, or engineering roles.
• Strong technical problem-solving and systematic debugging.
• Comfortable with software products (UIs, APIs, configurations).
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset focused on user outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Translate customer workflows and problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and edge cases.
• Work with the Product Manager to prioritise feature requests, bug fixes, and technical debt.
• Help define acceptance criteria and test scenarios for new features.

• Perform hands-on testing of releases, including on robot cells/hardware setups where relevant.
• Investigate issues reported by customers, reproduce them, and drive resolution with devs.
• Partner with application/solutions engineers to gather product feedback and pain points.
• Contribute to internal and external documentation, workflows, and best-practice guides.
• Maintain high reliability and usability in production environments.
