Job summary

Augmentus is a leading robotics software provider in Singapore seeking a business development professional to accelerate growth and build a robust pipeline of customers and partners. You will learn the product value proposition, engage with prospects, and contribute to strategy and contract processes.

You will also conduct market research, support contract drafting under senior guidance, and track BD metrics to drive improvements within the team and organization.

Qualifications

• Exceptional and effective verbal and communication skills.
• Strong research and copywriting capabilities.
• Understanding of robotics and automation related products is a plus.
• High willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Ability to effectively communicate product value propositions, negotiate commercial contracts, and close deals.
• Self-starter to take initiative and self-manage to achieve key objectives and company KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing growth strategies to drive business expansion.
• Support in building a quality pipeline of potential customers, partners, and commercial deals.
• Help in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients and partners through regular follow-ups and engagement.
• Gain an understanding of the company’s products, value proposition, and industry landscape to communicate effectively with prospects.
• Conduct market research and business analysis to identify opportunities, map customer needs, and evaluate competitive strengths.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts under guidance from senior team members.
• Track and report on key business development metrics, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
