Job summary

Augmentus Robotics in Singapore is seeking a hands-on engineer-intern to support product deployment and solutions engineering across multiple functions. This is a full-time, onsite role requiring collaboration with real systems and customers, with a commitment of at least 6 months.

The ideal candidate is pursuing or has completed a Engineering degree (Mechanical or Mechatronics), comfortable with ambiguity, eager to learn, and able to communicate clearly while taking ownership across hardware,

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics).
• Comfortable working with ambiguous problem statements and changing priorities.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months.
• Familiarity with robotic hardware components and sensors.
• Understanding of control systems and sensors used in industrial automation.
• Knowledge of CAD software for basic mechanical design tasks.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience across engineering functions—product, deployment, and solutions—with real systems and customers.
• Assist with system deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in customer environments.
• Support product requirement definition, feature analysis, and product testing; translate customer problems into engineering inputs.
• Contribute to internal tooling, test automation, or documentation improvements.
• Assist with technical demos, proofs-of-concepts, and deployment reports for customer projects.
