Job summary

Biscuit Robotics PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Field Engineer to deploy, operate and troubleshoot robotics systems at construction sites and hotels across Singapore.

You will support deployments, perform on-site maintenance, and work closely with contractors, hotel staff, and project teams to keep operations running smoothly. You will travel regularly between customer sites, follow safety procedures, and receive training on our robotics solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
• Interest in robotics, automation, or engineering technology.
• Able to deploy, test, maintain and troubleshoot robots on active sites with safety compliance.
• Willing to travel regularly between customer sites across Singapore and perform on-site tasks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing project priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Able to carry out robot deployment, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting at active construction sites and hotel premises, in accordance with site safety requirements.

• Able to travel regularly between customer sites across Singapore and perform on‑site tasks, including walking around construction sites, climbing stairs where necessary, and setting up and operating robotic equipment safely.

• Able to work in a fast‑paced startup environment and adapt to changing project priorities.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.

• Positive attitude, hands‑on approach, and willingness to learn.

• No prior robotics experience required—training will be provided.

Working Environment

This role involves frequent travel to active construction sites and hotel premises across Singapore. On‑site duties include setting up, operating, testing, and maintaining robotic equipment, walking around large sites, and climbing stairs where necessary.

Some assignments involve outdoor work in hot and humid conditions. Employees must follow site safety procedures and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety helmets, safety boots, and reflective vests.
