Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a field-oriented robotics engineer to drive deployment, value analysis, and digital-twin planning across sites. You will coordinate suppliers, validate robot routes, and ensure data flows support performance tracking.

Qualifications

Engineering degree or equivalent with hands-on field experience.
Experience coordinating external technology suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with data platforms and basic AI/vision concepts.
Willingness to travel to deployment sites; proficient English.

Responsibilities

Scope and value analysis: define task scopes and savings opportunities.
Field deployment: plan robot routes, site infra, safety clearances and commissioning.
3D digital twin & simulation: build and maintain site twin, verify trajectories.
Supplier & stakeholder coordination: interface with technology vendors and internal teams.
Data, integration & reporting: support data flows and model performance review.
Adoption & change management: promote robot+human adoption and documentation.
