Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Robotics, EE, or Mechatronics.
• Strong communication (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Passport may be required for travel.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate robotic systems in the field.
• Supervise remote operations and assist during client presentations and demos.
• Facilitate clear communication between engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document issues, test results, and client feedback.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and contribute to workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on system performance.
