Qualifications

• 4 years in hardware/OS, coding or networking.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on racks/platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor robotic system performance and health using specialized software.
• Follow Preventive Maintenance procedures for tier 1 technicians.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software or hardware issues and document repairs.
• Install robot operating software and updates, ensuring compatibility with the data center environment.
• Collaborate with data center staff, robotics teams and security to coordinate maintenance.
