Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore is seeking an entry- to mid-level technician to install and integrate auto-mechanical/electrical subcomponents and robotic equipment according to process instructions.

You will perform calibration and acceptance testing on subsystems, conduct functional checks, fault finding and diagnostics, and support servicing of hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical systems. Willingness to travel overseas is required; entry level applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of NITEC in Mechatronics/Electronics/ Electrical/Robotics & Smart Systems or related discipline.
• Candidates with 2 to 3 years’ experience in automotive or relevant industrial experience will also be considered
• Perform troubleshooting and fault analysis on Hydraulic/Pneumatic/ Electronics/ Electrical systems
• Basic understanding of electrical/electronic circuit
• Able to perform analytical and diagnostics with measuring equipment like Digital Meter & Scope
• Advantage with class 3 driving licence
• Willing to travel overseas
• Entry level applicants are welcome

Responsibilities

• Integrate and install auto-mechanical/ electrical/ electronic subcomponents /robot/equipment according to process instructions
• Carry out calibration/acceptance test on sub-systems/robot/vehicle/equipment according to process instructions
• Perform functional checks, setting, testing, fault finding and failure analysis
• Service and troubleshoot of Auto-mechanical / Electronics / Electrical control system
