Job summary

Elliott Moss Consulting is seeking an experienced RPA Consultant to analyze business processes and craft end-to-end automation using UiPath, Power Automate, and AI agents. You will design, test, deploy, and maintain workflows, integrate APIs, and produce comprehensive solution designs and docs.

The role requires hands-on RPA development, exposure to GenAI, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable automation across client projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• 3+ years hands-on RPA development with UiPath/Power Automate or similar.
• Exposure to Agentic AI, GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, databases, and integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an RPA Consultant with hands-on experience in automation development and exposure to Agentic AI and GenAI technologies. The role involves analyzing business processes, developing automation solutions, integrating AI agents, and providing end-to-end implementation and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for RPA and Agentic AI automation.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate, UiPath, or other RPA platforms.
• Translate business requirements into automation workflows, agent instructions, and orchestration logic.
• Develop and integrate AI agents, APIs, scripts, and application services to support automation.
• Prepare and maintain BRD, PDD, SDD, solution designs, and technical documentation.
• Perform end-to-end testing, UAT support, prompt evaluation, and AI output validation.
• Provide L1-L3 production support, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes and enhancements.
• Monitor automation performance, accuracy, and reliability while ensuring compliance with incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development using UiPath, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to Agentic AI, GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LangSmith is an advantage.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, databases, and system integrations.
• Exposure to Python, C#, .NET, or application development is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), UiPath Document Understanding, or similar tools is preferred.
• Understanding of automation lifecycle, software development practices, and Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• UiPath Automation Developer Professional (ADP) certification or willingness to obtain it within three months.
