Job summary

PPLINGO PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Business Development Specialist to drive customer acquisition in Singapore through roadshows and events at malls, community centres, schools, preschools and education fairs. The role emphasizes turning foot traffic into leads, trial classes, and enrolments, with weekend work required.

You will plan and run a calendar of events, manage end-to-end logistics, engage parents, and track results in CRM to optimize the pipeline and conversions across Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with at least 1 year in roadshows, events, field sales or retail sales.
• Confident approaching the public with strong pitching and closing skills; target-driven.
• Well organised to manage multiple events, timelines and budgets.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings and public holidays, and travel across Singapore; Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
