Job summary

Speech Academy Asia Pte Ltd is seeking energetic individuals to join our roadshow team in Singapore. You will engage customers, explain program benefits, and collect leads while distributing promotional materials.

The role emphasizes strong verbal communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic event setting. Training will be provided and weekend work is required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced roadshow environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional image and engage customers to explain program benefits and collect leads.
• Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials to raise brand awareness.
• Identify and generate leads and follow up with potential customers to close sales and hit personal targets.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently when needed.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain in a positive and professional image, ensuring engagement with customers in a positive manner to explain the benefits of our programs and answer inquiries while collecting leads.

• Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials to increase brand awareness.

• Identify and generate leads, following up with potential customers to close sales and achieve personal targets.

• Good interpersonal skills and proficient in spoken English. Bonus if proficient in spoken Chinese as well.

• Able to work independently where necessary.

Requirements:

• Candidates with little to no experience are welcome, comprehensive Training and Guidance will be provided.

• Immediate starters preferred

• Outgoing individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable approaching customers in a roadshow environment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
  

Job Details:

• 5 Days work week

• Will need to work Weekends

• BASIC + COMMS arrangement

• Location: Singapore (Location depending per deployment)
