Job Responsibilities

• Checking of sales in system and daily/weekly/monthly sales update
• Update of daily locations' sales and promoters' sales
• Preparation and generation of weekly reports
• Arrange logistics deployment for roadshow events
• Processing roadshow rental payment
• Liaise with vendors and confirm monthly site bookings
• Handling of refunds for customers and prepare related paperwork
• Liaise with vendors for printing roadshow materials
• Assist roadshow manager in preparing all training materials
• Produce ad hoc reports and fulfill tasks assigned by the roadshow manager
