Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an events-focused coordinator to support roadshows, ambassador deployments and on-ground readiness.

You will track progress, consolidate feedback and collaborate with internal teams, agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution before, during and after campaigns. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in event activation, campaign coordination or marketing operations, with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event activation, campaign coordination, roadshow support, sales support, marketing operations, lead generation or customer acquisition-related work
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Events Management, Finance, Economics or a related discipline

Responsibilities

• Coordinating roadshow activations, supporting Pop Up Ambassador deployment, assisting with on-ground readiness, and tracking campaign progress and outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and vendors to support smooth execution before, during and after each roadshow.
• Assist with event schedules, communication materials, vendor coordination and on-ground preparation
• Consolidate post-event feedback, activation observations and operational learnings
• Liaise with agency stakeholders, internal teams and external vendors on activation requirements, timelines and follow-ups.
• Maintain trackers on activation progress, ambassador deployment, agency participation and post-event outcomes.
• Prepare regular updates for the Acquisition & Partnerships Growth team.
• Support post-activation reviews by consolidating results, feedback, observations and improvement areas.
