Job summary

XY F&S BUILDER PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable road works supervisor cum RES to oversee on-site construction activities, coordinate subcontractors and resources, and ensure materials meet specifications.

You will prepare daily site reports, monitor attendance, attend site meetings with site agents and subcontractors, and handle issues arising on site while maintaining safety and quality in a dusty environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Road work supervision experience.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and resources on site.
• RES certified or equivalent for on-site supervision.
• Ability to check attendance and resolve on-site issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise roll-on-site works and other construction activities.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery on site.
• Ensure delivered materials meet specified requirements.
• Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, and take measurements.
• Minimise material and manpower wastage.
• Handle labour and supplier disputes.
