Job summary

You will work with engineers, consultants and contractors on inspections, maintenance, upgrades, and use GIS to translate data into actionable insights. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Civil or Structural Engineering is essential.
• Experience with road design, construction, rehabilitation and maintenance is advantageous.
• Familiarity with construction materials such as asphalt, reinforced concrete, steel is preferred.
• Good writing and interpersonal skills are important.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in technology and data analysis is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement and review workflows and guidelines for road asset maintenance.
• Coordinate inspection, maintenance, upgrading and renewal works with officers, consultants and contractors.
• Manage daily operation and maintenance of road assets.
• Issue instructions / work orders to contractors and consultants.
• Handle public feedback and site matters/incidents.
• Conduct audits and use data to drive decisions.
• Utilise technology tools and systems to manage maintenance works.
