Qualifications

Role Summary The Digital, Technology & Transformation Professional plays a key role in delivering business, technology, data, digital, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational initiatives that support organizational objectives. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, operate, support, and continuously improve digital products, enterprise platforms, business processes, technology solutions, and customer experiences.

Depending on the area of specialization, the role may involve business analysis, software engineering, architecture, data management, product delivery, project management, cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, service design, customer support, or business transformation activities.

Business & Stakeholder Management

• Engage stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and user needs.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with business and technical teams.
• Provide recommendations to improve business performance, operational efficiency, and user experience.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Digital Product & Solution Delivery

• Support the design, development, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of digital solutions and enterprise systems.
• Contribute to product roadmaps, project plans, and delivery schedules.
