Job summary

PwC Singapore seeks an experienced IAM Manager to lead and deliver Identity and Access Management programs. You will define strategies, design secure architectures, and drive implementation across hybrid cloud environments for enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with security, data protection and cloud teams, mentor juniors, and contribute to sales and solution design efforts. A strong track record in IAM, governance and regulatory alignment is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IAM experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Ping, etc.
• Hands-on with Virtual Directory and Identity Federation.
• Professional cybersecurity certifications – CISSP/CISA/CISM and/or OEM certifications.
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, IBM and MS SQL.
• Demonstrated technical leadership to manage and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IAM projects with deep understanding of IAM solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Ping, etc).
• Define IAM strategies and frameworks that support business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Design, develop and implement secure IAM systems architectures.
• Design IAM architectures covering IGA, PIM, SSO/Federation and Directory solutions.
• Develop IAM blueprints, patterns, and reference architectures for hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Embed IAM security principles into system design to mitigate risks of new tech and practices.
• Support sales and client proposals with solution design and presentations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to strengthen delivery excellence.

About The Role

• Deliver Digital Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects with deep understanding of the IAM solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, Ping, Okta, etc.)
• Define IAM strategies and frameworks that support business objectives and align with regulatory requirements
• Design, develop and implement secure IAM systems architectures
• Design IAM architectures (covering IGA, PIM, SSO/Federation & Directory solutions) and technical designs aligned with enterprise security, Zero Trust, and cloud transformation strategies.
• Develop IAM blueprints, technical patterns, and reference architectures integrating modern identity solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Embed IAM security principles into the design of system architectures to mitigate the risks posed by new technologies and business practices.
• Understand business requirements, gather and translate those into system requirements
• Develop identity management governance plans
• Understanding of the current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management and security/audit compliance
• Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request, certification and user Lifecycle Management Processes
• Customize IDM product functionality to fulfil requirements that cannot be met with standard functionality.
• Hands-on experience with programming and scripting languages such as Java and JavaScript, enabling customization and integration of IAM solutions.
• Perform routine activities related to the IAM periodic review and audit activities of the systems and maintain documentation of security standards and procedures
• Provide solutions for platform stability, functional defects and any new enhancements
• Support sales and business development through proposal writing, solution design, and client presentations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering technical depth and delivery excellence.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent education
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with IAM suite (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Ping etc), Virtual Directory, Identity Federation. Hands-on experience with one or more of the following SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft etc Essential Skills:
• Professional certifications – Relevant cybersecurity certification, CISSP/CISA/CISM and/or OEM certifications (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Ping etc )
• Experience with one or more databases such as Oracle, IBM and MS SQL
• Demonstrated technical leadership skills to manage and direct junior level staff
• Working knowledge of Red hat Enterprise Linux, Windows OS
• Hands-on on running and developing queries to fetch data in the Production environment
• Demonstrated track record as a team player
• Strong oral and written communication skills and analytical skills
