Job summary

FTI Consulting (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Associate in its Risk and Investigations Practice to support client engagements across the South-East Asia region.

You will conduct research, perform due diligence, and contribute to risk assessments while working under supervision to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. You will develop knowledge of legal processes related to litigation, fraud and compliance, and interact with clients and senior professionals to advance investigations and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome if keen on research, BI and due diligence.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Additional ASEAN language skills (Bahasa Indonesia or Bahasa Malaysia) are a plus.
• Knowledge of OSINT and research tools is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-starter, resourceful, able to work in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Excellent logical and quantitative abilities.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work with senior team members and clients under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze information from public-domain sources and field inquiries for due diligence and investigations.
• Evaluate information for accuracy, reliability and relevance in risk assessment.
• Review and analyze local-language information; create English reports and presentations; link charts where needed.
• Identify new information sources and research tools to improve efficiency.
• Provide advice on risk mitigation.
• Assist with drafting expert and client reports and presentations.
• Interact with clients, including lawyers and senior accounting personnel.
• Develop professional contacts through networking and firm initiatives.
