MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Risk Management professional to lead investigations of risk-related cases, collaborate with engineers, PMs, QA and other teams, and ensure timely responses within strict SLA requirements for proactive security protection.

You will harness data from risk cases, tools and dashboards to identify optimization opportunities, write guidelines, and educate stakeholders on emerging threats while driving project work across multiple

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above is required.
Ability to handle operational tasks independently as first-responder for risk management issues.
Proficient in data analysis and handling large data sets.
Experience with risk management tools and dashboards is preferred.
Strong documentation and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the investigation of risk related cases with cross-team collaboration.
Ensure timely responses to incidents and maintain strict SLA requirements.
Use risk case data and dashboards to identify optimization opportunities to improve risk metrics.
Write and maintain handbooks, guides, alarms and dashboards for quality and consistency.
Engage stakeholders in risk management education and outreach efforts.
