Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 3+ years of internet product work experience with strong data analysis capability and logical judgment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and learning ability.
• Curiosity, self-motivation, and readiness to take on challenges.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for requirement analysis, product planning, design and project management for anti-cheat account handling capabilities.
• Leverage internal and external product capabilities to optimize handling processes and governance actions.
• Collaborate with multiple business units to balance internal needs and online performance; establish efficient communication mechanisms.
• Design metrics to measure handling effectiveness and governance impact.
