Job summary

LE SHRIMP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable Restaurant Supervisor to assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, supervise a service crew, handle cashiering and banking duties, and ensure smooth service.

You will conduct interviews, train staff, monitor labour and F&B costs, perform daily checklists, gather customer feedback, address complaints, and uphold SOPs, with opportunities to deputise in the manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant supervisory role preferred.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Ability to manage cashiering and banking duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise a team of service crew to ensure smooth service.
• Conduct interviews for new hires and train staff.
• Monitor labour and F&B costing matters and assist in stock checks.
• Adhere to Company SOPs and maintain service standards; deputise in the manager’s absence.
