Job summary

Pantheon is seeking a focused RFP Coordinator in Singapore to drive timely completion of high-quality responses across Private Equity, Infrastructure and Real Assets products. The role sits in the Global RFP Team within Client Solutions, collaborating with Investment teams and senior stakeholders to ensure content is current and compliant.

You will manage multiple requests, maintain data sources, and contribute to the RFP database, while delivering clear, concise responses in English to clients

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services or asset management is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and complete RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and Surveys across all Pantheon products and strategies in a timely manner.
• Work closely with colleagues within the Global RFP Team.
• Collaborate with the wider Product Strategy Team.
• Craft RFP responses with investment teams, senior management and Client Solutions stakeholders.
• Build and maintain data sources for inclusion in RFP responses quarterly.
• Organise, maintain and improve the RFP database (GovernGPT).
• Ensure robust sign-off and Compliance procedures are adhered to.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Purpose of the Position

The primary responsibility of the role is the completion of high-quality, informative RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and other ad-hoc requests for prospective and existing clients as well as consultants across Pantheon's Private Equity, Infrastructure and Real Asset and Private Credit product ranges. The role will also include assisting in the development and maintenance of the RFP database and other RFP resources. This will include liaising with all internal stakeholders to ensure that all existing content is updated and maintained in a timely manner, and that new content adheres to our global standards, ensuring that information and data relating to all of Pantheon’s strategies are up to date.

The RFP Team sits alongside the Product Strategy Team, which is part of the firm’s broader Client Solutions Team. It is a global function, operating across London and Singapore, and supports new mandate opportunities and Client Relationship Managers across all regions.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge And Experience Required

• Strong academic credentials in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Ideally 1 – 3 years of relevant experience and prior exposure to financial services (preferably private markets or asset management) is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercially-minded
• Confident working both independently and collaboratively across teams and seniority levels.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong proofreading and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
