Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an RF Testing & Validation technician to perform RF testing on products and modules, using spectrum and network analyzers, signal generators and power meters. You will analyze results, support failure analysis and maintain test equipment in good condition.

Applicants should have a NITEC or Diploma in engineering and some hands-on engineering experience, with a strong adherence to procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Engineering is required.
• Hands-on engineering experience preferred.
• Ability to follow test procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF testing on products and modules per approved procedures.
• Operate RF test instruments: Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Signal Generator, Power Meter.
• Execute standard and advanced RF tests independently.
• Analyse test data and assist in identifying product performance issues.
• Support failure analysis and debugging to determine root causes.
• Basic troubleshooting and debugging of RF modules and assemblies.
• Maintain test equipment in good working condition.
• Perform routine equipment verification, calibration coordination, and preventive maintenance.
• Report equipment abnormalities and support corrective actions to minimize downtime.
