Job summary

GRID COMMUNICATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on telecom deployment professional in Singapore. You will lead site surveys, design, testing, and commissioning to meet KPIs, and oversee in-building solutions for optimal indoor coverage.

You will manage project plans, costing, BOMs, tender reviews, and customer communications, while coordinating with owners and contractors to ensure on-time delivery under demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Telecommunications, Electronics or related area.
• Strong knowledge in radio planning, optimization and troubleshooting for LTE and Tetra networks.
• Experience with distributed antenna in-building design and RF.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat).
• Professional attributes: ownership, resourcefulness, teamwork.
• Class 3 driving license is required.
• Willingness to work on rooftops, construction sites and harsh environments.

Responsibilities

• Deployment & optimization: site acquisition, surveys, design, testing, commissioning and drive tests to meet KPIs.
• Design and oversee In-Building Design (IBD) to ensure indoor coverage and capacity.
• Plan, cost and track project schedules to meet milestones.
• Lead engineering activities and manage BOM and procurement.
• Review tender documents and contribute technical solutions and pricing.
• Coordinate deployment with customers, Building Owner and contractors.
• Monitor timelines and milestones across contractors and suppliers.
• Provide accurate engineering designs, costing models and client-facing support.
