Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is recruiting for a network deployment specialist to design, implement, and optimize telecom sites. You will lead site surveys, IBD design, and coordination with customers and contractors to ensure milestones are met and KPIs achieved.

You will manage technical aspects of tender projects, develop costing models, and provide pricing. Daily duties include 24x7 readiness and on-site work across ROOFTOP, construction sites, and service tunnels.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Telecommunications, Electronics or related field.
• Experience in radio planning, optimization and troubleshooting for LTE and Tetra networks.
• Certification in Telecommunications and willingness to work with 4G networks.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and optimize sites to meet KPIs through site acquisition, survey, design, testing, and commissioning.
• Design and oversee In-Building Design (IBD) solutions for indoor coverage and capacity.
• Plan, cost, and monitor project schedules to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate with customers, Building Owner, and contractors for deployments.
• Provide engineering designs, costing models, and pricing; act as primary customer contact.
• Troubleshoot live 4G, Tetra, and DMR networks to maintain high GoS.
• Prepare project documentation and progress reports for stakeholders.
