Job summary
Software House Jobs & Internships in Singapore is seeking an RF Engineer to design, develop, and validate wireless technologies. The role covers RF circuits, antennas, and related subsystems, with emphasis on performance, integration, and reliability.
You will collaborate across hardware, software, mechanical, and systems teams, run simulations and laboratory tests, investigate interference, and drive improvements to coverage, efficiency, and link reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, telecommunications, or related field.
- Experience in RF engineering, antenna design, or wireless communications.
- Strong understanding of electromagnetics, RF principles, transmission lines, and communication systems.
- For RF positions, experience with RF circuits, impedance matching, link budgets, noise figure, and linearity.
- For antenna positions, experience with antenna design, radiation patterns, gain, efficiency, polarization, and impedance bandwidth.
- For wireless positions, knowledge of modulation, coding, channel models, synchronization, and signal processing.
- Familiarity with MATLAB, Simulink, HFSS, CST, or ADS.
- Experience with vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
- Ability to develop test procedures, interpret measurements, and correlate results with simulations.
- Familiarity with wireless standards, OTA testing, or electromagnetic compatibility is an advantage.
- Programming or scripting skills in Python, MATLAB, or similar language are an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and clear technical communication.
