Responsibilities include reconciling revenue, preparing vendor payments, audit schedule maintenance, inventory valuation, GTO reporting, and bank reconciliations. The role involves supporting monthly and yearly financial processes and general administrative duties as part of the finance team.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile monthly and yearly revenue to ensure compliance with FRS 115 accounting standards and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare weekly payment documents to support timely and accurate vendor and supplier payments
• Develop and maintain audit schedules to facilitate efficient and thorough financial audits
• Perform monthly and yearly inventory reconciliation and revaluation to ensure accurate inventory records and valuation
• Submit monthly Gross Turnover (GTO) reports to relevant authorities accurately and on time
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records
• Perform general administrative duties
