Revenue Management & Pricing Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical Revenue Management & Pricing Associate to help shape pricing and revenue decisions across the business.

This is a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of pricing, commercial performance and data. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand what is driving the P&L, turn data into commercial recommendations, and help drive decisions around pricing and revenue performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial judgement with the ability to get into the data themselves — someone comfortable moving between SQL/Python analysis, pricing discussions and senior management reviews.

What You'll Do

• Drive pricing & revenue decisions: Analyse pricing, demand, customer and commercial performance to identify opportunities and recommend actions that improve revenue and profitability.
• Own commercial performance insights: Work closely with business and finance stakeholders to understand P&L drivers, diagnose performance gaps and translate analysis into clear recommendations.
• Influence decision-making: Prepare and present insights for management reviews, facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders and help drive alignment on key commercial actions.
• Build the data foundation: Work hands-on with SQL, Python, dashboards and data pipelines, while partnering with data engineering to improve the quality and scalability of commercial and pricing data.

What We're Looking For

• Around 5+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, commercial analytics, strategy or a related analytical role, with genuine exposure to pricing decisions and P&L performance.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to connect data and analysis to revenue, margin and business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder presence — comfortable developing management materials, presenting recommendations and influencing decisions across functions.
• Hands-on analytical capability, ideally including SQL and/or Python, with experience working with large datasets, dashboards or data pipelines. Data science exposure is advantageous but not essential.
