Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited is seeking an Intern in Revenue Management for Mar - Aug 2027 based in Singapore. You will assist with program coordination, onboarding, data validation, and dashboard maintenance to support the Revenue Management team.

The role requires pursuing a diploma in a related field, strong Excel and Power BI familiarity, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders while ensuring high-quality dashboards and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma in Business Management, Business IT, Data Analytics, or Hospitality & Tourism Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PPT) and experience in dashboards (PowerBI) preferred.
• Commercially minded individual with a good sense of numbers, comfortable with analysing data and maintaining high-quality dashboards.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, support onboarding activities, follow up with clusters, and assist with internal communications and newsletters.

Responsibilities

• Program Coordination & Tracking: support and track progress for initiatives like UpsellGuru, eLearning, Rate Parity Score monitoring, STR evaluations.
• Communications & Newsletter: assist with the design, preparation, and distribution of Revenue Bytes and internal newsletters.
• Development: assist with design and distribution tasks for internal communications and dashboards.
• Project & Administrative Support: provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to Revenue Management, including ad hoc tasks.
• Onboarding & Systems Support: assist with onboarding new colleagues, including system access setup and permissions.
• Data Validation & Reporting: support inventory data validation, dashboard submissions, and consolidate reports.
• SharePoint & Dashboard Maintenance: maintain SharePoint content and validate Power BI dashboards and BI models.
