Job summary

FP Global in Singapore seeks a highly analytical Revenue Management Associate to join our Revenue Management team. You will own data pipelines and dashboards, ensuring consistency in revenue metrics across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Pricing.

You will support monthly reviews and annual budgeting with insightful revenue analysis, identify inefficiencies, and drive cross-functional improvements. Japanese language skills are advantageous due to exposure to the Japan market.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Business Analytics, Strategy & Operations, Revenue Analytics, BI, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to structure ambiguity.
• Experience with dashboards and reporting tools; ability to work with large datasets.

Our client is a leading APAC self-storage platform backed by a global private equity investor, with operations spanning multiple markets across Asia-Pacific. As part of this growth, they are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Revenue Management Associate to join the Revenue Management team.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on some of the company's highest-priority initiatives, driving business performance through data, analytics, operational improvement and cross-functional problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the data pipelines and dashboards used across Operations, Finance, Marketing and Pricing, while ensuring consistency in revenue metrics, methodologies and data sources.
• Support monthly business reviews (MBRs) and annual budgeting processes through insightful revenue analysis, commentary and performance reporting.
• Analyse business and operational performance, identify inefficiencies and drive improvements across key processes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives and high-impact projects across the organisation.
• Work closely with leadership teams to identify operational bottlenecks and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to the design and development of a centralised data platform alongside the broader data team.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Desired Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy & Operations, Revenue Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop practical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python; comfortable working with large datasets and building analytical solutions independently.
• Experience working with dashboards, reporting tools and business performance metrics.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple functions and communicate insights effectively.
• Strong project management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and drive outcomes.
• Japanese language proficiency will be advantageous due to the role's exposure to the Japan market.
