Job summary

KUNJAMENG TRADING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a retail associate to oversee daily store operations.

You will open and close the store, supervise cashiers, maintain cleanliness, and enforce hygiene standards while delivering friendly customer service. You will coordinate stock receiving, shelf replenishment, and stock counts, monitor expiry dates, and help minimize wastage. The role requires 1–2 years of sales experience, weekend and holiday shifts, and basic proficiency with POS systems

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating retail shifts.
• Basic proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) cashier systems.
• Basic stock inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, monitor cashiering operations, maintain store cleanliness, and enforce hygiene and safety standards.
• Coordinate stock receiving, oversee shelf replenishment, perform stock counts, and monitor expiry dates to minimize wastage.
• Schedule shift rosters, assign daily tasks to cashiers and store assistants, and guide new hires on store procedures.
• Assist shoppers with inquiries, manage customer feedback and service recovery, and ensure promotions are accurately displayed.
