Job summary

ST Venture Employment Agency in Singapore seeks a friendly retail associate to greet customers, share product knowledge, and handle payments at the POS. You will help with restocking, stock checks, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment while supporting inventory tasks.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and a positive attitude, with a Monday–Friday 9am–6pm schedule, and one Sunday morning per month.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a cashier and POS system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves and ensure product displays are tidy and well-presented.

Requirements

• Working time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and one Sunday morning each month.
