Job summary

TEKMEDIA SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets. You will help customers find the right solutions, demonstrate products, and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere.

The role requires strong communication and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to enhance their shopping experience.
Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through after-sales service.
Maintain an attractive, well-stocked sales floor and optimize product visibility.
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
