Job summary

ONLY PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly Retail Shop Assistant to deliver excellent customer service, assist with sales, maintain store appearance, and process transactions.

You will greet customers, manage POS operations, restock shelves, promote products, and handle returns while working as part of a team to reach sales targets. Training is provided; weekend and public holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Mandarin-speaking required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• No prior retail or customer service experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries
• Operate point-of-sales (POS) systems and cashiers
• Restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness
• Promote products and upsell when appropriate
