AL SHAFAH PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Store Assistant to join our retail team.

In this role, you will help customers identify and purchase items, restock shelves, and create attractive merchandise displays while upholding brand service values. You will operate cash registers and POS systems, contribute to achieving store sales targets, and maintain high standards of store appearance and safety. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Proven retail sales experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to use labeling and pricing equipment as well as POS software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Previous specialty retail management experience, preferably in the outdoor industry.
• Retail background preferred—previous management experience.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
