Job summary

PUMA SOUTH EAST ASIA PTE. LTD. is hiring Full-Time Retail Sales Associates to join our PUMA IMM, PUMA Vivo and PUMA Changi City Point teams in Singapore. You will provide top-tier service, drive sales, and uphold PUMA’s brand values in-store.

You will participate in training programs, support visual merchandising, manage stock, and assist with openings/closings. Some travel may be required to support store launches and rotations.

Responsibilities

• Sales Dynamo: Smash those sales targets and KPIs with your stellar customer service skills.
• Customer Experience Wizard: Make every shopper feel like royalty, embodying PUMA's brand values and service excellence.
• Training Ninja: Master all training programs (local and global) to keep your skills razor-shsharp and drive store success.
• Merchandise Detective: Uncover and share the best merchandise opportunities with the Store Management team.
• Store Adventurer: Be ready to assist with new store openings and closings - some travel might be part of the adventure.
• Merch Maestro: Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise with finesse.
• Visual Stylist: Ensure the store looks stunning by following all visual guidelines and keeping it up to PUMA's high standards.
• Maintenance Guardian: Keep the store in tip-top shape and report any maintenance needs to management promptly.
• Safety Champion: Maintain a safe and compliant environment for everyone and report any issues to management.
