Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive salesperson to engage customers at key retail outlets in Singapore, including Takashimaya and Isetan. You will promote Hurom or Leifheit products, demonstrate features, and influence purchases.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, with a passion for sales, strong communication, and willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. Live-stream selling is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing and confident in approaching customers.
• Strong interest in sales and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable demonstrating and explaining products to customers.
• Able to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend Hurom or Leifheit products based on their requirements.
• Demonstrate products confidently and clearly explain key features, benefits, and product differences.
• Communicate current promotions, bundles, discounts, and product offers accurately.
• Build customer confidence and guide customers towards completing their purchase.
• Work towards achieving or exceeding assigned individual and outlet sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of Hurom and Leifheit products, new launches, pricing, and promotions.
• Keep the product display neat and presentable while serving customers.

• Up till $2500 basic + Monthly Commission + Performance Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)

• Location: Takashimaya, Isetan

• Working Days/Timings: 6 days work week (include weekends)| 12pm - 9pm

• Established Home Appliance Distributor

• International Brand & Product Exposure

• Strong Retail & E-Commerce Network

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Hurom or Leifheit products based on their requirements.

• Demonstrate products confidently and clearly explain key features, benefits, and product differences.

• Communicate current promotions, bundles, discounts, and product offers accurately.

• Build customer confidence and guide customers towards completing their purchase.

• Work towards achieving or exceeding assigned individual and outlet sales targets.

• Maintain strong knowledge of Hurom and Leifheit products, new launches, pricing, and promotions.

• Keep the immediate product display neat and presentable while serving customers.

• Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and conduct while representing the company and brands.
  

Requirements:

• Comfortable demonstrating and explaining products to customers.

• Able to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Comfortable appearing on camera and open to participating in live-stream selling when required.

• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays according to the assigned schedule.

• Previous experience in retail sales, sales promotion, or customer service is an advantage.

• Live-stream selling experience is an advantage but not required.

• Additional language abilities are an advantage when communicating with customers.
