Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and accurate customer service in-store and over the phone to support customer needs and enhance their shopping experience.
• Guide customers in selecting curtains and blinds that fit their style preferences, functional needs, and budget.
• Respond clearly to customer inquiries about product features, installation processes, and financing options to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
• Accurately process sales transactions and maintain up-to-date customer account records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Actively participate in product training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support store operations and customer satisfaction.
